Clawthorpe Hall Business Centre

Situated in a rural location on the border between North Lancashire and South Cumbria, only five minutes from the M6, this Centre is a unique developement of tastefully converted, modern business units and conference facilities aimed at the small to medium sized business and enterprise sectors.

The conversion from hotel and leisure complex was designed by architects John Moore and Partners with the works being carried out by the renowned Duckett Building Services, ensuring that in meeting the modern standards the charming South Lakeland character of the buildings was preserved. 

The centre now boasts 18 office units ranging from 20sqm to an impressive 500sqm and the conference suite makes this centre an ideal location for conferences in the South Lakes area, catering for a maximum of 40 delegates. With a relaxing and spacious reception, common areas and plenty of free parking this centre has it all!

The Centre is currently undergoing expansion works creating new office units. At this stage in the works, specific requirements can be met as to the size and layout of any unit required.
